Brian joined Anchor Investment Management in May of 2021 after serving in the financial services section of the banking industry. He brings over 25 years of financial experience to the team of Anchor Management, with expertise in many areas ranging from mortgage advice to wealth management. Brian uses a team-based approach for customizing his clients’ portfolios, leveraging the collective gifts and talents of his colleagues at Anchor Management to create individualized long-term investment strategies.In 1996, Brian graduated from Presbyterian College with a double major in business administration and accounting. Soon after, he started his career in Columbia. He learned early in his professional experience to always put the client first and work hard to help them meet their financial goals. He also believes in maintaining a positive outlook in the face of adversity.Brian is an avid sports enthusiast, and having played soccer in college, he has enjoyed coaching his three children in the sport for over 20 years. He serves the community through the non-profit Welvista as past chairman of its board, and he attends Eastminster Presbyterian Church where he has filled several roles to advance its missions of local and international outreach.
