I’ve spent the last 15 years of my professional life refining skills that have allowed me to become who I am today. Besides being a father, I am most proud of the effort and outcomes I’ve coached my patients and peers to achieve. I have been fortunate to expand my skill set as a leader in a consumer-driven direct access growth market by successfully managing new location development as well as navigating acquisition processes of new partnerships. After managing regional operations, my professional success is now predicated on the required evolution of the Physical Therapy industry. I am looking to continue to grow my leadership experience in order to progress the industry to the potential I see in it. I'm actively involved in shaping the future of MedTech and Smart Apparel innovation by:- Directly influencing product development, strategy, positioning, and roadmap.- Communicating processes and value to various stakeholders.- Market entry strategy.- Supporting in attracting investments.- Providing intro to potential investors and persons of strategic importance.- Identifying and evaluation internal and external threats and opportunities.At the end of my career, I want to be able to look at the mosaic that is my professional life and proudly state that I was able to push physical therapy forwards into the 21st century. I believe innovation in PT is greater direct access, greater consumer awareness, more furtive direct to consumer marketing, more effective and efficient patient outcomes, and lastly to obtain a deeper understanding of rehabilitation from colleagues in the other health fields. I want to achieve this by more robust, innovative, and technologically superior practice standards, tests, and treatments. With these goals in mind, I remain vigilant to learn anything and everything at every moment I can, while understanding that where I traditionally felt uncomfortable is where I grow the most. Where I once had fear, I now have peace in that growth process.
