I am responsible for all aspects of Development for Church's Chicken. I report directly to the Sr. VP of Domestic Franchise Operations and the COO of Company Operations. Atlanta, GA 2006 – Present Sr. Director of Construction & Development• Totally responsible for forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and management of facilities operations • I direct all development operations of both company and franchise restaurants• Control all departmental, construction and capital improvement budgets in excess of $20 million• Institute plans to reduce costs, improve operating performance and assure compliance with corporate policies• Supervise activities 5-project managers, 2-facility managers, 3-construction managers, 3-real estate directors and 2-architectural design managers. • Totally responsible for negotiating vendor and supplier contracts to initiate cost savings• Responsible for all presentations on programs, plans and budgets to corporate executives• Meet and exceed all Surbae Oxley compliance perimeters regarding national regulatory mandates.Specialties: Specialties include the design and implementation of a new modular prototype and 6 venue types for various footprints in the Church's system.
