Over the last 20 years, I have worked closely with senior executives and finance industry leaders across Europe and North America in finance, strategy, business intelligence, transportation and advisory roles. Before this, I started my career in consulting with KPMG advising high net worth ($50M+) individuals and clients globally on multi-billion dollar business acquisitions spanning multiple industry verticals and geographies. in 2019, I completed the Executive MBA program at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. On this journey, I became re-energized about innovation and co-founded Reserv Equity Partners, a self-funded investment group providing equity capital to allow small business owners in the logistics industry to transition into retirement and carry forward their business legacy. This logistics brand is now HTL Freight and we have completed four transactions from 2021-2024, and continue to grow and service all the great customers that encompass this industry.Interesting facts about me:- Former collegiate level golfer – played against some now PGA tour professionals- Awardee in the Irish Top 40 under 40 in the US (2016) which recognizes Irish and Irish Americans who are up-and-coming leaders and have distinguished themselves in their fields before reaching the age of 40.- Founding President of Irish Network Atlanta which connects Irish and Irish Americans across the Metro Atlanta area, organization has grown to manage annual Atlanta St Patrick's Day Parade, a successful mentorship program along with fund raising programs for an annual six figure budget.- Published year long blog about my experiences in the Executive MBA program to share my insights with others who may be considering a similar journey – see media links below.
