Managed the Web Solutions Development business group consisting of 15 team members, which was responsible for all architectural, implementation, and deployment aspects of the myNDMA application and the Personal Heath Record (PHR) Web Service. myNDMA was a web site encouraging the general public to take an active role in maintaining personal health information. The PHR service not only provided the majority of the underlying functionality for the myNDMA web application, but was also available for integration into third-party applications.

Integrated numerous user-tracking technologies into the core framework in order to gather reporting statistics of web site usage, including user navigation, promotion effectiveness, shopping cart utilization, and overall product popularity.
