- Provides the Sales team with Industrial sales expertise to provide superior support and solutions for customers - Partners with Sales team to address escalated questions on industry standards and product capabilities; interacts with customers and end users to problem solve and implement solutions- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales within assigned national and direct accounts; assists internal Sales team with Industrial-related strategizing as needed. - Develop annual sales plans for assigned national and accounts; assist internal Sales team with Industrial-related sales planning as needed. - Provide appropriate training to internal Sales and channel partners to ensure they are effective sales resources- Identify key end-user customers and make sales calls to generate new business- Collect customer and competitive information that can be used to create programs and products that counteract the movement of competition- Understand and execute the corporate strategy- Communicate to the appropriate parties issues and opportunities available within customer base- Adhere to sales policies and procedures and manage expenses according to corporate guidelines- Maintain knowledge concerning protective apparel regulations and guidelines- Set appropriate expectations with Industrial accounts for services to be delivered
