Led the IPT through the conceptual, preliminary and detail design phases as well as manufacturing & assembly and ground test to ready the aircraft for engine light off in April 2024. • Hired and trained a team of 20 people to complete a Conceptual, Preliminary and Detail Rotor System design, resulting in delivery on time and within budget.• Overcame multiple challenges during the design and build period, including a major configuration changes late in Conceptual Design to multi-engine, side-by-side cockpit, and extended airframe. Other challenges included design software change to CATIA 3DX and loss of key personnel who had been leading the design configuration.
