Recently gained an additional team of 2.* Reduced team on-call ticket load by more than 50% through a multi-phased strategy.* Coached multiple engineers into becoming the strongest version of themselves.* Maintained team focus, productivity, and morale through a challenging acquisition, major budget reductions, and multiple layoffs.

* Planned and built out digital debit card provisioning for Apple Pay and Google Wallet, a multi-month project that enabled instant “Add to Wallet” digital card creation. This allowed for a significant increase in adoption of the Digit Direct debit card.* Developed expertise in retirement and investment products as I developed, managed, and diagnosed Digit’s long-term savings features offered in partnership with DriveWealth.* Stack: TypeScript, React Native, Node.js, Express, DynamoDB, GoLang, Redshift, AWS

* Designed a robust multi-source KYC cross-examination platform to quickly detect fraudulent activity while remaining cost-effective.* Designed an AI-assisted system to automate the lifecycle of customer document request and verification.* Created a transaction merchant branding platform to give all team members the ability to proof and tweak merchant logos and brand coloration for display within the app.* Implemented data warehousing and analytics solutions for business intelligence.* Stack: Elixir, Phoenix, PostgreSQL, GoLang, BigQuery, GCP
