On October 17, I started at StormHarbour selling RMBS, ABS, CMBS, CLOs and European RMBS/ABS. With corporate bond trading, debt restructuring and portfolio advisory teams already in place, Hexagon is focussed on building out sales and trading withing residential mortgage loans & securities, consumer ABS and CMBS.

• Oversaw all loan purchases, hedging, distribution, and product development for UBS Home Finance.• Managed loss mitigation on delinquent loans.• Helped re-write credit policy for UBS Home Finance.• Expanded the originator’s Fixed Rate Alt-A product offering to include: MTA Option ARMs, Hybrid Option ARMs, Alt-A and Jumbo-A Hybrid ARMs, Agency Fixed Rates and Hybrid ARMs, Super Jumbo loans, Pledged Asset Mortgages, and HELOCs. • Expanded the distribution outlets to include Agency and Non-Agency Securitization, Loan Sales to REIT and Bank Portfolios.

• Built the adjustable rate whole loan effort at UBS - hired traders & structurers, put in place analytics, built up customer base, & track record.• Managed loan acquisition, structuring, securitization and distribution of adjustable rate whole loan product.• Acted as agent to bring adjustable rate mortgage deals to market for issuers.• Traded NIMs, Residuals, IOs, and subordinate securities backed by adjustable rate mortgages.

• Helped build the non-agency adjustable rate mortgage business at DLJ/CSFB. • Developed and implemented program to purchase adjustable rate mortgage loans through CSFB’s existing fixed-rate conduit.• Marketed new-issue and secondary whole loan arm securities to investors.• Underwrote new issue securitizations for issuers of adjustable rate mortgage loans.• Created and implement underwriting and eligibility guidelines for new ARM products.

• Managed $3 billion fixed income portfolio (governments, mortgage pass-throughs, CMOs, and SBA securities) to finance construction and maintenance of trains, bridges, and buses.

• Traded GNMA, FNMA and FHLMC adjustable rate mortgage bonds.• Helped develop analytics to value complex mortgage securities.

• Identified and analyzed corporate bonds to fit portfolio investment needs.• Implemented new system to track and sort dealer inventories to aide in search for investments.• Implemented new system to manage inventory.• Developed a new issue data base to track all new issue corporate bonds.• Helped develop analytics to value callable and sinking fund features for corporate bonds.
