HONEYWELL SPS INTELLIGRATED, VOCOLLECT ISC OPERATIONS August 2016 to Present: Sr ISC Operations Manager  Accepted role as Value Stream Leader of the Voice business at the end of Project Magpie -transition from Vocollect Pittsburgh site to Flextronics Guadalajara (contract manufacturer). Supported site “ramp down” and project close-out, as well as Flextronics material and production “ramp-up”.  Manage team of buyer/planners to create POSO orders for Flextronics and various accessory suppliers, as well as supporting logistical activities.  Managed SQDCI daily shipping and logistics operations of TX55 El Paso DC while they reported into Honeywell Building Technologies. The shipping team was added to my span of control in 2019 and function at a high productivity rate.  AME Leader was added to my job role in late 2018, driving daily operations for Mfg and Test Engineering, supporting NPI and Flextronics test and manufacturing activities.  Supported the launch of 2 key NPI’s, Liverpool A700X and Yeti SRX3 next generation Talkman device and Bluetooth headset.  Drove successful kaizen event to define best SAP deployment method, moved to a “vanilla” base model to enable stocking inventory with late-stage configuration (previously was make-to-order) and reduced order lead-time from 13 days to “same-day-ship”.  Implemented focused TAT (order turn-around-time) metric and process to enable shipping 70% of revenue within 3 days of order placement in 2nd half of 2019.  Ended 2019 with $0 past-due sales orders  Improved OTTR 30% from 2017 to 2019 ending at 96.9%

HONEYWELL SCANNING & MOBILITY, NEW JERSEY 2008 to 2016: Global ISC Project Management Leader  Managed a team of 12 Project Managers in various locations around the globe; Suzhou China, Singapore, Fort Mill SC, Mt Laurel NJ and Cedar Rapids IA. The team currently supports ~40 projects across all GBEs with regards to NPI, EWR, and Value/Cost Engineering. The team also supports various insource or transition project on as “as-needed” basis.  Developed and deployed a web-based Project Compliance Tracking System for ISC NPI project management MOS. Functions in scope were/are Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Service & Repair, Sourcing, Configuration Management and Demand Planning. We strive for operational excellence during the NPI phases by ensuring we have acceptable process control and materials for a rapid manufacturing launch with minimal process issues.  Act as ISC Scanning and Mobility VPD Leader supporting metric management with regards to operations product yield reporting and presenting as required.
