Bracy Construction has been framing for production builders and several custom home builders for the past 25 yrs.We are constently looking to partner with larger builders to help them start and finish their quality projects on time and under budget.Bracy Construction is currently framing homes for DrHorton,A&M Homes,Lifestyle Homes,BFS Lumber,And Park Square Homes, ICI Homes,Pulte Homes ODC Construction.Our team consist of 4 partners that run 10 Inhouse framing crews,8 trim crews,1 in house glass company,2 Superintendents and one qaulity control guy that walks every job.In 2010 we teamed up with BFS lumber to install all the interior trim for AV Homes and we install the nook glass and storefront glass for the model centers for AV homes,Meritage Homes.K.Hovian Homes,Beezer Homes,Ryland Homes.It is 2015 and we are keeping our clients happy and looking to build relationships with more builders.If you have a trade that is not staying on schedule, not staying on or under budget or you are just ready for someone new to take over and do the job up to your standards,please email us so we can help.
