I began my career at Amgen in 2004 after completing my doctoral work in Epidemiology at Boston University. I was fortunate to join a small group of talented scientists and together we have worked to advance the role of epidemiology in drug development. Today, I have the honor of leading the Center for Observational Research at Amgen, a global organization comprised of epidemiologists, programmers, data scientists and operations professionals, Our mission is to serve patients by leveraging epidemiologic and data science expertise to provide real-world evidence (RWE) and deliver innovation, efficiency and value across the drug development lifecycle.
