• Founded Armex in 1989 with a business partner and grew the business to its current position with a turnover of circa £2 million and employing a total of 23 staff at any one time. Armex conducted works for many blue.

• Ensured project budgets were adhered to by securing best rates with individual suppliers, researching and sources new suppliers to ensure most cost effective prices and lead times
• Contributed to maintenance of cash flow by regulating stock levels to maintain optimal levels whilst allowing for continual production

• Negotiated pricing, contract details and generated sales reports to monitor activities
