Graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in mechanical engineering. Total 40 years of oil and gas experience in leadership, operations, engineering, business development and integrated project development roles.Started my career with ARCO Oil & Gas and served as an operations supervisor in the Permian and San Juan Basins for eight years from 1985 to 1993. I worked as Principal Facilities Engineer for Vaster Resource’s San Juan Region from 1993 to 2000. Primary focus was to develop the coal seam production through considerable integrated drilling and midstream development planning and execution.From 2000 to 2008 worked as Facility Engineering Manager for BP continuing to develop coal seam in the San Juan Basin and integrate a major project with the existing asset.I worked with the Southern Ute Tribe Growth Fund’s on reservation midstream company Red Cedar Gathering Company in 2008 as Vice President of Engineering and Development. Held primary accountability for engineering, integrated development planning and execution.In 2012, I was promoted to President/COO with the Southern Ute Tribe Growth Fund’s off reservation midstream company Aka Energy Group, Inc. Held primary accountability for all P&L results and operational activities for Aka Energy Group, a natural gas midstream company active in the Rockies, Midcontinent, and Permian basins. Currently working for Chevron as the Midsteam Director of Development in Denver.
