Brian Buccellato is a #1 New York Times best-selling comic book author, screenwriter and director best-known for his work on The Flash, Batman, and Injustice for DC Comics as well as Chicken Devil for Aftershock, and Midlife (Or How To Hero At Fifty!) from Image comics. He is the co-creator, co-writer and producer of NO/ONE, WHO IS NO/ONE and I AM NO/ONE. In 2021 he sold DANGEROUS GAMES a horror spec that is now available on Paramount+ and Showtime. He also wrote THE PAINTER, an action thriller released theatrically by Republic Pictures in January 2024. Currently, Brian is Head Writer for DC Heroes United, an interactive series for Genvid Technologies.Raised in Queens by a single Puerto Rican mother in NYC, Brian is a high school and college dropout who took the long road in life and gained a wealth of experience along the way—all of which helped to inform the grounded characters and worlds he now creates. However, Brian’s most influential role in life is father to his adult son and two young daughters.
