Facilitate the shipping of 6M dollars of product monthly to Caterpillar, John Deere and other off the road engine builders in South America, Africa, Europe, Austraila, Middle East and NAFTA countries. Oversaw a 300% growth of shipping quantities without losing on time shipment percentages.

Provide direct supervision and management of inventory, warehousing, and shipment / distribution of product. Assist with operational and capital budgets and management of plant personnel, foster an operation culture founded on HSE and Process Improvement.Accountabilities – • Assist Plant Manager as required in areas of operations• Coordinate and direct scheduling of needed inventory to facilitate the fulfillment of orders on a timely and efficient manor.• Coordinate the defaults, orders and interplant activity.• Responsible for inventory and warehouse management.• Direct supervision of plant personnel including 3rd party labor force for warehousing and distribution activities.• Assist with operational and capital budgets for area of responsibility.• Host tours for farmer/grower education, primarily as a sales tool.• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Business Systems and processes, systems and programs for site operations.• Lead Site safety activities and implementation of HSE programs.• Assist with summer and fall field inspections and bin sampling.• Manage inventory of packaging and treating supplies to facilitate packaging needs through shipping and order estimates.
