Responsible for the day to day management of the Garrison Sgts Mess with 20 members of staff.Including the running of a kitchen,front of house,bar and cleaning,organising functions,booking and allocating 90 bedrooms within the Mess and Annexes, ensuring all training was up to the current Health and Safety Laws, ensuring food safety was maintained with all relevant paperwork and audits.Maintaining accounts and operating to the set budget, ordering cleaningchemicals and bar stock.
