With over 30-years of experience directing municipal capital improvement projects, my experience covers a broad spectrum of civil engineering including water distribution, wastewater collection, watershed management and collection, wastewater treatment, utility and facility planning, and transportation engineering projects. I am particularly skilled in directing and working closely with my teams (both internal and external) on complex projects with inflexible deadlines, tight budgets, and when strict compliance with regulatory requirements must be successfully administered.
