Project lead performing work at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) EDS/DAAS at WPAFB, Ohio. Coordinated resources across functional areas to achieve desired results. Prepare new systems and enhancement functionality designs. Designing hardware refresh requirements. Perform ongoing spiral development and implementation of the Logistic Data Gateway (LDG), a data warehouse application housing all logistics data for the DoD. Converted multiple databases to be data-marts built from LDG. Designed an automated data archiving/purge/cleanup solution. Designed the hardware, software, and processes for Continuity Of OPerations (COOP). Redesigned the batch load Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) process to be near real-time. Expanded the teams’ role to include data sharing via Web Services using the Informatica Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Wrote proposals for multiple winning contract bids including multiple sections of the DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Statement Of Work (SOW).

Designed a database solution to replace a manual doctor training process done via Excel. Table-driven database system, input requirements, day-to-day functional/operations requirements, output reporting/exporting needs, and archiving defined from the ground up. Designed connections to allow for future growth by expanding to other departments and integrating their future processing requirements. Database relationship diagram defined for programming consultant and provided technical interfacing between them and the customer.
