During my 18 years in the mortgage industry, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge, working with the Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration and USDA. My career began with Conseco Home Loans in October of 1999 as a loan officer. I was in the top 5% of sales in the country two years running. I was promoted to branch manager in 2002. Ran the #1 branch in Texas from 2002 – 2007 with both Conseco and Countrywide Home Loans after their purchase of Conseco in 2009. At Well Fargo Home Mortgage I help build the largest Reverse Mortgage Branch in Houston. From 2009 until August of 2017 I work exclusively on Reverse Mortgages. Now I back into traditional lending My wife Stephanie and I live in Keymah Texas with our two children: Braxton, 17; and Brelyn, 14. I attended the University of Houston.
