These are very complex datasets. - Analyzed data and managed large databases at the individual, team, organizational, and dyadic levels. Analytical skills include data visualization, regressions, structural equation modeling, multi-level modeling, latent profile analysis, social network analysis, and longitudinal modeling. - Instructed courses on performance management, talent management, HR law, training and development, and the effects of work design, team task structures, leadership, employee well-being, etc.- Generate 360-degree feedback reports for MBA student teams. These included personalized graphs for each student allowing them to see how their personal perceptions of their leadership skills compared to how the team rated their leadership. These feedback reports are an invaluable tool for leadership development. - Conduct and developed qualitative studies: including interview and behavioral coding rubrics - Lead a team of research assistants on large projects such as those funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Army Research Institute (ARI). I led a team of research assistants to (1) develop survey instruments and study design, (2) implement a multi-wave (5) design including 1,600 contact tracers, (3) manage ongoing budget forecasts, (4) clean and organize a multi-level database, and (4) execute multi-level and longitudinal data analyses. Prepared written reports to communicate research findings to the NSF and presentations at conferences.- Composed teams using research-based methods to minimize conflict and facilitate coordination in teams. -
