The transition included the implementation of standard scrum ceremonies, use of scrum boards for tracking progress of stories within a sprint, and the use of Citi's Agile workflow management tool RTC. Additionally, I helped coach fellow TPMs with their scrum teams agile transitions and metrics reporting.
