CurrentLead TPM managing the entire book of work for the 3rd Party Digital Wallets domain• Scrum Master for 2 dedicated scrum teams with ~20 engineers, 4 testers, and 5 Product Owners• Driving increase usage of Citi Cards leading to increased profits by coordinating with industry leading partners including Apple, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Amazon to development, integrate, and launch the following digital wallets:o Apple Pay credit & debit card provisioning of Citi cards to Apple Pay on iOS & Watcho PayPal Push and Pull Provisioning on iOS, Android, and browsero Click to Pay - MasterCard proprietary wallet push provisioningo Amazon push and pull provisioning iOS, Android, and browsero Samsung Pay push provisioning on Android• Lead TPM for the creation of Card Control Hub on Citi Mobile and Browser to create a central location for customers to view and manage their cards.• Lead TPM for enabling Card on File for mobile and browser which allows customers to view merchants and wallets who have their Citi card saved on file.• Lead TPM for Citi's implementation of Zelle in 2017. Zelle is a person-to-person payments solution offered by a consortium of U.S. Banks. As Lead TPM I was responsible for overall coordination amongst the scrum teams including dependency management and removal of blockers; communication with external partners Early Warning System as well as Citi internal business product owners and technology senior leadership including all metrics and status reporting for the program.• Lead the transition from Waterfall to Agile for 3 scrum teams within Global Digital Payments organization. The transition included the implementation of standard scrum ceremonies, use of scrum boards for tracking progress of stories within a sprint, and the use of Citi's Agile workflow management tool RTC. Additionally, I helped coach fellow TPMs with their scrum teams agile transitions and metrics reporting.
