Managing/supervising the day to day fabric, reactive Maintenance works and estimating and running all Minor Works projects on the contracts for Warrington Borough Council, Warrington Leisure, Cosmopolitan Student Housing, Diocese of Shrewsbury, Atkins Consultants, Eric Wright Facility Management, Great Place’s, Harvest Housing, Northwest Housing Group, Willan Estate’s and Urban Vision for Salford City Council. arrange for multiple operatives and subcontractors to carry out the works from start to finish with regular site inspections monitoring Health and Safety, Programme of Works, Productivity, Cost, Quality checks and liaise with the customer/client with any concerns, variations and satisfaction handover of the completed works.Supervising day to day reactive maintenance repairs and supporting a dedicated Help Desk from within Cruden Property Services Ltd Contract and Operational meetings relating to the entire contracts that I am involved in and report any issue’s in my meeting with my Line Manager.Compiled all of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Files for majority of the above council contracts which have all passed with all the current up to date Legislation and are monitored on a regular basis for any amendments to the live file.Approval off all engineers / Subcontractors Timesheets, Price work, Invoices and Purchase Orders on a weekly basis to allow me to be able to invoice the jobs and present them to WBC, WB leisure, Urban Vision and other clients mentioned above for payment. Monitoring on monthly basis KPI, WIP and Aged Dept information to be passed onto my Line Manager for monthly board meetings within the Cruden group organization.
