Work closely with Indigenous Technologies and Air Force customers by leading technical teams in an Agile Framework environment.  Direct teams of 28 or more IT professionals managing customer IT requirements from receipt through acquisition, development, installation, and/or implementation. In addition to regular duties supporting the contract, I am tasked with providing day-to-day oversight of Diligent employees and representing Diligent Corporate HQ as our local team Lead.

Process Automation Project Lead • Managed three KPMG resources.• Documented 12 global security processes and harmonized them into one process.• Built out three different environments (Dev, QA, Prod) for the Symantec Workflow tool• Followed SDLC to develop these 12 security business processes within the Symantec Workflow tool to automate the request approval as well as fulfillment.• Created end user documentation to educate the end users on the new request process.• Moved the workflows from QA to Production.• After go live the end user support was transferred over to the operations team.• I was responsible for run and maintain as well as break/fix and being the technical SME.Single Sign on Project Lead• Lead the build out of the VCE Vblock (virtual infrastructure) in 4 Data Centers.• Handled all of the change control requests and getting the necessary approvals for all changes.• Assisted the network administrators in customizing the vlan configuration so that the Vblock would effectively work in the Farmers environment.• Handled all implementation-troubleshooting calls with the global networking teams.• Managed all vendors involved: Deloitte, AHEAD and VCE.Architecture and Design.• We had a requirement for some servers to be externally faceable.• I created a plan to isolate external traffic from internal traffic by running cables from the DMZ switches to the fabric interconnects on the Vblock.SSO Infrastructure• Created and configured 8 Linux servers for each environment (Dev, QA, Prod) for each Data Center.• Installed all of the minimum server library requirements and handed off to the Siteminder team to install the Siteminder Components.• Hardened all 96 servers.• Ran Qualys scans on all servers and resolved any high-risk vulnerabilities.• Managed all 96 servers. • Configured Global load balancing for external users.

Basic Duties • Provided resolution to security problem related issues by working through the Remedy ticketing system.Technical Lead on the Following TechnologiesQualys Vulnerability Scanner• Monitored scheduled scan processes• Configured new scans based on requested criteria.• Resolved scanning issues.Cisco VPN• Main support for run and maintain as well as break fix.• Installed upgrades and patches.• Escalation point for end user technical issues.Developed scripts for the following tasks.• VPN Migration.• Performed analysis of all users in the old vpn group and created a report.• Removed old vpn group from bulk users and added the new group.Active Directory Stale Accounts.• Performed analysis of all active directory users that have not logged into the system in 30 days.• Whenever the users have been identified an email goes to the user and there manager to verify they are still with the company.• If communication is not received the account is deleted at the 90-day mark.• This process runs on a monthly frequency.Lotus Notes Audit.• Created a script that connected to all of the lotus notes servers in the global environment. This script documented information about each server that is connected to.• Once the information was extracted it then ran checks against 100 security controls.• After the control assessment completed it documented each control with a pass/fail and what the remediation actions are.• This saved the company from hiring a team of consultants that would have taken 5 years to complete. We were able to complete the project in three months.• Open Shares Remediation.• Remediated 100,000 shares that had the “everyone” group added to them in which created a share that everyone can access.• Copied all of the groups from the share.• Removed the “everyone” group.• Added the other groups back to the share.• Created an audit log that documented each step of the process.

• Provided phone support for business and IT customers technical problems and service requests; recorded problem symptoms and information for escalation of the more complex problems to higher level support; maintained knowledge of relevant products and service offerings to provide accurate solutions; acted as representative of technical services to its customers.• Provided basic help desk support for problems and service requests related to hardware, software, network/mainframe connectivity and application support while maintaining an excellent call time with a high customer satisfaction rating.
