- Participated in the design and installation of over 200 projects for the department. - Implemented the Greencities Asset Management System. - Developed and presented employee training seminars on irrigation, playground safety, trail maintenance and stormwater maintenance procedures.- Re-structured departmental design and procurement procedures and policies. - Assisted the Purchasing Department in alternate methods of advertising and bid disbursements. - Worked with the Law Department in utilizing AIA Contract documents for city projects. - Member of the Green Infrastructure Coalition, RIDEM Consent Agreement Committee, Capital Improvement Plan Committee ($44 Million Dollar Bond), the John Brown House Re-Visioning Committee and presented at the 28th Annual Nonpoint Source Pollution Conference.

As General Manager, I provided oversite of all construction operations for commercial and residential projects. In addition, coordinated all aspects of company operations totaling approximately $17M per year.

Performed digital material take-offs and building estimates for bids including self-performed operations and sub-contractor work. Provided bid submissions and attended pre-construction meetings with clients. Performed project buy-outs, submittals, front end documents, certified payrolls, weekly meetings, document reviews and AIA billing.

Managed and supervised all sales, design, installation and maintenance operations for the irrigation division. Responsible for 8 direct reports and 15 indirect reports.

Designed and installed over 800 irrigation systems. Irrigation systems included residential and commercial systems throughout R.I., C.T. and Southeastern MA.

Performed marine patrols of Rhode Island coastal waters and inland waterways. Enforced state and federal marine laws, provided instruction to boat owners and executed search and rescue operations.
