Provide technical support for sales channel, various front end systems and database administration including but not limited to SQL Server, Oracle, Integration Services, SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, Power Platform Apps, Salesforce. ETL processing of sales and customer data from data warehouses/lakes in Oracle, SQL Server, Salesforce and external third party application via API's or direct connections. Report development and support with SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI and Tableau. Maintain compliance with Corporate/SOX data, systems and reports with regard to sensitive customer proprietary information and compensation. Data analysis of all incoming sources to ensure accurate and correct output to sales channel. Identify any issues with incoming data and develop any necessary plans required to correct the data or system process causing the issue.

• Provide technical support for compensation systems and database administration work involving SSMS, Oracle, SSIS, HANA, SQL, PL/SQL, Visual Studio development and maintenance• Migrate complex In-Region Partner payments from Oracle Incentive and Compensation system to an SAP Commission System to support accurate external partner commissions; streamlined process to reduced volume of records and processing time• Create ETL packages to transfer revenue data directly from Oracle to SAP HANA/Callidus• Integrate data from external systems into SAP HANA for processing and exporting of data back for internal consumption• Reconfigure queries to combine revenue in an Analysis Cube featuring external pay file data; combine revenue data sources from legacy OIC and new SAP commission system that calculate separately• Processing and analytics of sales compensation data to identify potential over/under payment situations, validation of end of month processing to ensure accuracy, as well as running SOX audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies

This includes Outside Plant facilities, fiber splicing, pole climbing, equipment usage, central office equipment, cross connects, as well as field equipment usage and maintenance.
