I am a people person and enjoy learning as well as teaching and training. I enjoy thinking on my feet, challenging myself to do new things. I am confident in working solo however I find a greater sense of accomplishment when completing a task through and with a team. I have progressive experience in custom manufacturing over the last ten years. From a production line worker to a front line leadership role and now over the last six years I have experience in supervising and managing employees as a plant supervisor, production manager, and currently as quality control manager.My career over the last two decades consists of working for two companies. This is because I make a commitment to a company that I will be reliable, predictable, and loyal. In turn, my employers have committed to me opportunity's to advance and grow within the company.
