Tasked with and Executes Training and Full Mission Profile exercises to prepare USAF EOD forces for combat and contingency operations for World Wide Deployment. Reviews and analyzes in theater action reports/threat analysis to develop and present tailored training on Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), equipment and other specific training required in the execution of the deployed team’s battle space mission. Develop and facilitate Full Mission Profile practical exercises designed to test team’s operational and security capability against current threats encountered in their specific deployed area (s) of operation. Provide team leadership with the ability to evaluate and mentor their teams prior to deployment. Also serves as Logistics Manager.

Fills a key position as the Quality Control/Safety Manager responsible for the development and implementation of ISO Quality Management System, and Safety plans in accordance with OSHA/AFOSH standards. Ensures all aspects of contract compliance are met. Provide Safety and Technical training guidance as necessary to 160 employees for complying with BOS contract issues. Monitors Self-Inspection Program to insure they are properly conducted, deficiencies documented and corrective actions are accomplished in a timely manner. Maintains liaison with Air Force QAP’s. Served as ISO Management Representative, Audit Manager, Lead Auditor External Audits, for the past 12 years having resulted in outstanding ratings and no Non-Conformances sited.

15 years USAF Retired Explosives Ordnance Disposal experience in operations, security, quality assurance, ground/weapons safety, logistics, T.O.’s, training, document control, equipment maintenance, mobility tasking and demolition. Highly trained in specialized render safe procedures and equipment associated with nuclear, chemical, biological, conventional weapons and improvised explosive devices (IED’S). Skilled in the use of specialized tactical vehicles, and robotics used in the career field. Trained in the use of specialized x-ray equipment, and techniques used in the detection of IED’s. Tasked with Secret Service support of Presidential, and Heads of State Protection Detail. Served in Desert Storm (Bronze Star Recipient)
