- Supervised 25 child support staff by establishing and monitoring performance expectations, ensuring their development, and working with them as a team in overall program operation.- Provided leadership and direction for the team including development of short and long-range goals, performance measures and outcomes.- Facilitated and participated in the development of team and office plans and procedures for most effective use of resources to achieve division and region mission and goals.- Participated in the establishment and implementation of plans to meet division mission, values and goals.- Coordinated with other agencies involved in the child support program including, but not limited to, the Department of Human Services including Child Welfare, local District Attorney offices, Oregon Youth Authority, Employment Department, and the State Court Administrator’s office.- Analyzed, developed plans, and improved team operational effectiveness to further the division’s mission and to comply with federal and state law and agency rules and policy.- Developed and monitored the office budget. Participated in the analysis of personnel, facilities, supplies, and equipment costs and forecasts for the office.- Developed the office’s 2022 reopening plan to facilitate the opening of the office to the public through: staff scheduling, reallocation of equipment and resources to support a hybrid work force, and Covid-19 mitigation practices.
