Collaborated with 3rd party software vendor teams and subcontractors to establish authorized user & client access to controlled unclassified information (CUI) systems providing support to the TRI-Care Healthcare system & VA Health-care facilities for active-duty soldiers and authorized Veterans.

The project was GxP regulatory-governed, and required adherence to - PIPL, GxP, PII, & GDPR comprising a mix of on-prem and cloud-based services including a proprietary IAM solution (BAM). The objective was to protect corporate IP & create a secure network to extend business services into China for our affiliates.
