We consult with law enforcement, security, public safety, and first responder agencies in Utah and surrounding states, and provide preemployment psychological, post critical incident, status, and fitness for duty evaluations. Direct care services are available for officers and employees. We also provide trainings to supervisors, HR personnel, and administrators regarding the effective use of psychological evaluations.

Primary duties included completing competence to proceed evaluations of adult defendants committed for competence restoration. Court testimony was provided upon subpoena. I also supervised predoctoral psychology interns as part of the APA-accredited internship program.

Taught Drugs and Behavior to undergraduate and graduate students. I also trained and supervised graduate practicum students in forensic evaluation of juveniles and adults, and psychotherapy in a private practice.

Private psychotherapy practice with an emphasis on forensic and psychodiagnostic evaluations of adolescents, adults, and sex offenders, including risk assessment and treatment needs. Provided direct care services to adolescents, adults, and families addressing anxiety, depression, persistent mental illness, and sex offending issues. Also provided expert witness testimony on competence, sanity, and sexual offending issues.

Director of adolescent sex offender treatment in a juvenile correctional setting. Also provided mental health treatment to non-offending residents. Competed intake psychological evaluations of youth.
