Formalized the Board of Directors level approval processes, while frequently presenting projects at this level.• Pipeline Development: Developed a robust pipeline of targets to enable strategy execution • Transaction Structuring: Deployed a variety of transaction structuring forms to deliver value from investments, including acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and technology licensing.• Transaction Execution and Delivery: Established and led cross-functional teams in the execution of Corporate Development transactions. Owned entirety of deal negotiation, due diligence, deal execution, and the development of integration plans.• Senior Leadership role and Business Partner: Senior leadership role on business unit teams, with responsibility to improve pace and impact of strategy execution by ensuring inorganic options for growth and capability enhancement are considered.

A division of Victrex plc, Invibio is a leader in providing high performance biomaterials and consultative solutions to medical device manufacturers across a range of markets.While maintaining Business Development Director responsibilities, appointed to lead sales and marketing globally, including a team of 18 people serving medical device manufacturers across 4 continents. Assumed interim Finance Director position from February 2012 to March 2013 during a reorganization. Built and scaled commercial operations in China, South Korea, and Brazil, and led business through a period of 21% CAGR.
