Lead a sales team of over 90 individuals consisting of 9 Regional Sales Managers, 3 Paint Body and Equipment Regional Managers, 2 National Account Managers, & 77 Territory Sales Managers. Identified, recruited and hired individuals who would be a positive asset to the company to grow sales. Mentored each of these individuals on all aspects of the job, working with them to identify the next leader for the company. I monitored and evaluated these team members on a consistent basis. I worked on a variety of different projects the most intensive was the conversion of over 200 stores acquired via an acquisition. Opened over 150 new stores in numerous markets and states, GA, AL, MS, MO, IL, KY, MN, WI, IA, NE, CO, WY, ND, SD & IN. Had the privilege of having 13 of the current 77 Regional Sales Managers promoted under my direction.
