Manage quarterly royalty reporting cycle for all artists on our roster. Calculate and book royalty accruals on a monthly basis. This eliminated many manual processes and streamlined overall operations significantly. Implemented our licensing software system in our Amsterdam and Tokyo offices (by working with the programmers) and trained all users in those offices.

Analyzed incoming royalty statements for accuracy and compliance, calling Licensees who were past due on reporting or were reporting incorrectly. Entered royalty statements into licensing software system. A/R collections.

Administered all responsibilities of Accounts Payable and maintained inventory records. Prepared monthly account analysis of these accounts. Prepared internal cash reports and external royalty statements for artists.
