Assess and supports/mentors/guides clinical practice for new staff in interventions as well as ongoing support for developing areas of respiratory therapy practice. Performs regular and advanced practice diagnostic procedures in accordance with current standards and best practices, and performs ongoing respiratory care in a multi-disciplinary setting.
