I am currently studying to acheive my CompTIA Security+ certification in order to reach my goal of working in Cyber Security. I received my Google IT Support Certification from Merit America earlier this year, and will continue to further my knowledge in the IT field. As a Security Supervisor for Platinum Group Security, I work the morning shift at a high-end community in Coral Springs. With nearly sixteen years of experience in security, I have worked in a wide variety of properties. I use Microsoft workspace every day to create schedules, payroll, and even format incident reports as a security professional. Now that I've completed my IT Support program, I'm one step closer to achieving my ultimate goal. I would love to become a member of the Cyber Security field. This will allow me to continue providing excellent customer service, while truly making a difference in peoples lives. As someone who has fallen victim of cyber attacks and fraudulent activity, I would never want another individual to feel the dismay that I did. I look forward to being able to join such an important role and make a difference in peoples lives.
