On site processing until the final process in the ALDAR Head Office Committee Approvals. Adherence to Project Communication Procedures. Monitors consistently outgoing and incoming data, documents and correspondence over the active 30 project zones. Prepares spreadsheets needed for monitorings. Proper monitoring of the “For Process” documents for submittals and approvals. Consistently monitors changes / for supersede in documents. Promotes quality assurance check of controlled documents. Constantly communicate with contractors and consultants by providing corrective measures in times of concerns. Responsible in handling correspondence on behalf of the Project Director. Provides suggestion and initiative in process flow review. Understands every document to be handled that comes in the team for process. Assigned in monitoring Yas Island Site Office directory, headcounts statistics, as well as individual movements. Ensures easy retrieval of documents in archive. Evaluates and streamline process flow as needed.
