I was born and raised in the Midwest. At the age of eighteen, I packed up my life and made my way west. Since entering the real estate industry over ten years ago I have trained hundreds of agents and helped thousands of clients accomplish their dream of homeownership. In listings, I approaches every property with a specific creative strategy tailored to highlight and promote the features of the home to attract the right buyers and in turn demand the highest price. In finding the right home for my clients I have developed a strategy to create the inventory that the client is wanting rather than waiting for a property to come available. I have also developed a large investor network where I couple my expertise on how to achieve the highest and best use of a property in order to appeal to investor appetite, which allows us to continue to sell homes at or over purchase price even in a declining market.On top of running The Carson Group, I own and operate my mortgage Brokerage UFS United Financial Services, Villa Rosa (wedding venue and winery), SpaceHome (ADU design startup), and recently received 501c3 status for my animal sanctuary, Rancho Rescue.
