❖ Managed and validated theater intelligence collection requirements; liaised between combatant command and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets to balance priority, sensor capability, and events on the ground.❖ Led calibration, collection strategy, and deployment of cutting-edge sensor to support Combatant Commander’s intelligence gaps against improvised explosive devices. Resulted in the discovery and destruction of 3.2K lbs of explosive precursors.❖ Planned and executed two new high altitude sensor techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTP). The following collections identified 167 improvised explosive devices (IED), safeguarding 13 convoys and 6,500 service members.

❖ Maintains seismic sensors and data processing equipment to support the United States Atomic Energy Detection System, and the United Nation's (U.N.) Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO)❖ Team-lead for $10M underground communications infrastructure refurbishment spanning 200 square miles. Replaced legacy asbestos junction boxes, lead cable connections and terminals, and optimized power & communications routing. The $30K project extended cable plant lifespan by 25 years. Coordinated closely with, and provided onsite inspections for CTBTO officials, Australian government officials, and Aboriginal elders on upgrade actions and approval for new sensor sites.
