Responsibilities:Managing a team of 5 (Production & Shipping staff).New hire onboarding.Vendor management of all raw materials, packaging & sanitation supplies.Quality control - PH tests, temperature records etc. Monthly financial reports to our retailers. Upselling & cross-selling existing customer base. Achievements: Reduced packaging costs by 17% by redesigning 2 of our product lines. Successfully cross-sold two of our product lines on a trial basis in Musgraves with one of them staying permanently in stores.
