Lead multi-disciplinary teams composed of engineering, drilling, geology, land, regulatory, HSE, field staff, vendors and other personnel to leasehold drill and partially develop 202,000 net Bakken acres while increasing production from 1,400 to 20,000 BOPD in less than 3 years, implement Hastings CO2 Flood (8,000 BOPD) and develop Selma Chalk horizontal gas play (70 MMCFPD).
