Brian is an outcome-focused healthcare planner and project manager who has spent the last 18 years focusing on the design, engineering, and construction of healthcare facilities. His roles have had a strong focus on strategic development, planning, project delivery, and tactical communication. Brian’s education and professional background as healthcare architect and strategic planner have fostered a unique lens through which he views the development of capital projects, and unique set of tools he uses to deliver them.
