As a clinical psychologist at LifeStance Health, I provide evidence-based and compassionate care to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. I have over 10 years of licensed experience in integrated primary care behavioral health, where I collaborate with medical providers and other health professionals to deliver integrative and patient-centered services.My core competencies include Trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, as well as other modalities such as mindfulness, solution-focused, self-compassion, multicultural, and faith-based approaches. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families, to help them cope with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, complex trauma, personality and identity development, and relationship issues. My mission is to empower my clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being, through a supportive and respectful therapeutic relationship.
