Responsibilities;Schedule and review all engineering maintenance, repair and installation workloads in SAP to facilitate systematic and effective utilization of labour, material and time.Participate and monitor the ordering of spares and other supplies required ensuring they are available at site.Track performance and condition of equipment from maintenance records and ensure that reports on labour and equipment status are compiled and spares/ materials requirements highlighted.Carry out critical analysis of feedback information on maintenance work completed to determine the nature and frequency of breakdowns and recommend ways to minimize them.

Responsibilities;Ensure that desired safety, good housekeeping, quality work and training standards are achieved at all time.Improve plant performance by initiation and implementation of either modification to existing or installation of improved equipment.Ensure that sufficient spares are available to service the demands of the maintenance plan.Improve plant performance by initiation and implementation of either modification to existing or installation of improved equipment.Ensure breakdowns are attended to timely in order to reduce equipment down-time. Ensure that performance and disciplinary standards are set and adhered to. Ensure effective training of subordinates.
