On the Entrepreneur Selection and Growth team, I managed the screening and evaluation of entrepreneur candidates worldwide and provided Endeavor Entrepreneurs with access to Endeavor's global resources. I worked most closely with our affiliate offices in Colombia, Mexico, Greece, and Saudi Arabia. I focused on the challenge of fundraising for early stage technology companies.
