In this role, I have managed 100+ critical, nationally recognized organ implantation cases at 15 hospitals and three trauma centers as the point person for the organization. I work directly onsite with the C-suite, ICU chief medical officers, and medical directors on policy creation and revision. While in this role, I utilize a team-based approach with clinical members on cases. This includes conducting multiple remote huddles and designating onsite team members to manage logistics and resources for coordinating organ placement.
