In March 2012, I led the Dell sales team that secured a new leading Irish Bank as a customer for Dell Services. After an RFP process, which I managed, Dell was selected as a preferred IT delivery partner in payments and channels for application and consulting services. This was a significant win for Dell. I then took on the role of Dell onsite client executive with full responsibility for service delivery and for growing the relationship with the customer. This included all delivery management, commercial management and customer relationship management activities. In parallel, on a part-time basis, I also fulfilled a number of key roles on the SEPA payments transformation project, including performance architect. At an account level, I was highly successful in the client executive and delivery management roles. I ensured the customer was happy with the quality of the service delivered and I grew the account very quickly into a significant account for Dell and ultimately, moved the relationship to a new level. Since the middle of this year, I have been supporting the transition of these responsibilities to a new permanent long term Dell management team while helping to ensure that Dell continued to meet its SEPA programme delivery obligations.

Dell acquired Perot Systems in November 2009. I continued to fulfil an IT Strategy consulting and new business development role. I operated at CIO and CxO level across a number of key accounts leading consulting and application services business development, bid management and presales activities. I was also actively involved in a number of IT strategy consulting projects providing thought leadership and direction to the team. I was highly successful in this role with an excellent win ratio even during the economic crash. I secured multiple new accounts for Dell Services including multiple leading financial services and utility companies. In recognition of my achievements, I received a '1 - Best' rating in the Dell Services Ireland 2011 performance awards.

I played a dual IT Strategy consulting and business development role for Perot Systems. Operated at CIO and CxO level across a number of key accounts leading consulting and application services business development, bid management and presales activities. I was also actively involved in a number of IT strategy consulting projects providing thought leadership and direction to the team. My principal sectors were financial services, utilities and telecoms. I was highly successful in this role.

One of the founders of the company. Original Solutions was a leading provider of consulting and application development services to blue chips in Ireland. I had a very dynamic role during our various evolutionary stages, including sales, business development, technical and consulting leadership, client account management, strategy & product development, project delivery, people management. By 2008, Original Solutions (OSL) was a highly successful company with 100+ resources, significant revenue and a strong blue chip customer base before it was acquired by Perot Systems. Within OSL, I had an excellent track record of winning new clients within applications services, legacy modernisation, business consulting and ITSM Service Management consulting (ITIL v3, ISO20K etc.) as well as growing existing accounts. I also helped quality assure project delivery, mentored consultants and fostered excellent relationships at CxO level.

Worked as part of one of the leading consulting teams in Dublin providing IT Strategy consulting, application development, enterprise architecture, legacy modernisation and business process transformation services to leading blue chip clients in Ireland. My role was varied encompassing all of these activities and I acted as the consulting lead and trusted advisor on a number of business critical projects during that period. I had an excellent track record of delivery and developed strong relationships with many of my customers. My achievements were recognised through promotion from consultant to principal consultant. During that last two years, I was also actively involved in presales and business development activities for the company and was very successful in that role.
