Field Operations Manager position looking after a network of franchise dealers. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, staffing requirements, training, marketing activities, financial reporting, after sales and any other supporting actions governed by a franchise agreement. This position requires regular travel for business meetings at all.

• In consultation with individual dealers, create annual Dealer Marketing Plans which align with the regional plan and supports the collective business objectives (new/used retail sales, prospects, depositors)
• Oversee the implementation of Dealer Marketing Plans with ongoing monitoring, reporting and adjustment in conjunction with dealers to optimize results.
• Review and adapt national campaigns, fine tuning where necessary, to ensure relevancy and impact for individual dealers and/ or regional goals
• Through ongoing collaboration with our central and regional marketing teams develop and implement experiential initiatives to promote New and Certified Pre-owned vehicles and After Sales opportunities including.
• Support Dealers in the planning and execution of local Dealer marketing events including new vehicle product launches ensuring that the audience is relevant and qualified and are followed up in a timely manner
• Support local market Motor Shows and events and ensure compliance with corporate identity standards
