T-South Reliability & Expansion Program Assisting the Chief Inspector with leading the Construction Management Team in the CS3 McLeod Lake Compressor Station Upgrade Project• Direct coordination with the Management and Engineering teams.• Ensuring the Construction Management Team has all the necessary tools to confirm the Prime Contractor is following all the Enbridge standards and specifications: Safety, Environmental and Quality. • Coordinate all completions procedures and turnover packages between the prime contractor, commissioning, and operations group.• Monitor construction progress and scheduling.• Develop Ground Disturbance Plans and submit to operations representatives for approval.• Review and confirm all pipeline crossing agreements prior to submitting to operations representatives. • Issue Safe Work Permits for all placement activities.• Fill in as a discipline inspector as required.• Outage and coordination planning. The Liaison between Construction, Operations and Commissioning for detailed planning of outage requirements.
