As a Health Coach I support my clients to take a more natural and holistic approach to their wellness. The main areas that I incorporate are nutrition, natural health, holistic-detoxification, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, breath-work, meditation, mind-body and emotional healing techniques. The foundation of my program is based on a narrative healing process. This is a three-step method that empowers the individual to gain clarity and mastery over their life-story so that they can take-back-control and craft a better narrative for their lives.I have been professionally mentored by leading practitioners in natural medicine and wellness. I have worked in healthcare settings in and out of medicine, with doctors and patients in hospitals and wellness centers in a wide range of practice areas. My goal is to bridge the gap between integrative, allopathic and natural medicine by being a leading force for a holistic approach.

I hosted online group conferences and webinars, wity other leaders in natural medicine on important topics in health and wellness including but not limited to nutrtion, naturopathic medicine, holistic dentistry, detoxification, emotional health and other vital subjects.

Cellular Nutritional Microscopy is a research tool used in the fields of naturopathic and integrative medicine. It is a contextual, holistic and ecological observation of the biological terrain of the human body and the Extra-Cellular Fluid Matrix (ECM). It is a qualitative assessment that seeks to understand how diet, lifestyle, and environmental factors affect the human organism on a cellular level, based on the research of blood patterns over many years and areas of scientific study.Under a Brightfield and Darkfield Phase-Contrast Microscope, the blood is observed for the effect that dietary and lifestyle factors play on the oxygen-carrying red blood cells (RBCs), the immune supporting white blood cells (WBCs) and the extracellular fluid. It is a powerful observational tool that offers a great deal of information about the entire human body through just 1 drop of blood. Observations in the dried blood patterns relate to systemic health imbalances associated with body systems, including stored trauma expressed in the various organs and tissues. The use of this tool goes back many generations to the origins of microbiological research. I performed research microscopy under the supervision of a naturopathic doctor, working with a wide range of clients throughout naturopathic and integrative medicine. My focus has evolved since to support its use as a research and education tool. I do not perform microscopy anymore.

At Johnson Air I was responsible for managing the marketing and sales division, including developing the internet marketing and direct sales program, helping to take them from a small mom and pop operation to a multi-million dollar company.

Varsity Painting, formerly StudentWorks Painting, is a part of the Varsity Management Program, at that time one of the top business management internships in the country. Each year I managed a division of what was the largest house painting business in California. I was responsible for recruiting, training and managing 15-20 college students as branch managers to run a small house painting business from the ground up including marketing, sales, and production. In addition to managing the business, I spoke in major universities across California including UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, UCLA and Stanford, giving presentations in lecture halls and classrooms recruiting entrepreneurial college students.
